At Lion Group LLC, DBA Robo Enforcer, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of our consumable SaaS product, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations.

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unused Portion of Service: Refunds will be granted only for the unused portion of the service. If you have used any portion of the service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation Fee: All refunds will be subject to a standard cancellation fee of $10, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

2. Chargeback Policy

At Lion Group LLC, DBA Robo Enforcer, we take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will actively fight against them. We reserve the right to take the following actions in the event of a chargeback:

  • Legal Action: We may pursue legal action in the case of chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent, including but not limited to cases where the customer denies having made a purchase or did not attempt to resolve the issue directly with our support team before initiating the chargeback.

  • Documentation: We will maintain thorough records of transactions and communications with our customers, which may be submitted as evidence during the chargeback dispute process.
